Over the last twenty plus years, Mr. Oden has represented sellers and buyers, lenders and borrowers, landlords and tenants, real estate developers, national retailers, and others in a wide variety of real estate and business transactions. His experience includes real estate sales and purchases, financing, subdivision, leases and other matters; rezoning, variances and other land use approvals, including representation of clients before various legislative and administrative bodies; municipal and county land use regulation, including development agreements, planned area developments, and annexation.
Mr. Oden received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Arizona in 1989, where he served on the Arizona Law Review. After graduating from law school, Mr. Oden practiced for several years at a large Phoenix law firm before returning to Tucson, where he has practiced since 1993. Mr. Oden is admitted to practice in the Arizona state courts, the Arizona federal courts, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
